We are a consulting company that was born in the city of Guayaquil, Ecuador at the end of the 80's from the society of Eng. Jorge Nuques Cobo and Eng. Claudio Luque Rivas with the vision of supporting the growth of the city and the country in the development of infrastructure projects.

We try to be in constant innovation, we seek to incorporate the best that technology allows us to always achieve a service of the best quality, with a group of professionals with extensive experience and capacity who have made a career in the organization and are a guarantee of effective management. Our experience has been obtained from our participation in projects of a different nature, whether in Audits or in Studies and Designs that add up to nearly two billion dollars in works.
